Studio Projects in CDMX: November Recap

Studio Projects in CDMX: November Recap

In November, I spent some time in Mexico City (CDMX), working with five talented models on a series of studio projects. The shoots were fast-paced but rewarding, with each model bringing their own unique style and energy to the set.

What made these sessions particularly interesting was that I hadn’t seen the models’ styling options beforehand, which meant I had to be flexible and adapt on the spot. As a result, I found myself improvising a lot—a whole lot – adjusting lighting, backdrops, and framing to match the unexpected styles each model brought.

Despite the challenge, this element of unpredictability pushed me to think creatively and make the most of the moment. We explored a range of setups and moods, experimenting with different lighting techniques and approaches that I might not have considered otherwise. The whole experience was a reminder of how the unexpected can lead to some of the most exciting and innovative results.

At least, that's my hope!

Here are some highlights with Vianey, Tina, Genia, Steph and Zoe (full sets on my Patreon).
